Tracy Hayashi has led with purpose as Chair of the Hawai‘i AFL-CIO Labor Community Services Program –making a real difference for working families.
From organizing food drives for members in need, to supporting professional development for union leaders, to coordinating vaccine drives during the pandemic, his work reflects a strong commitment to service.
Through initiatives like Labor of Love school beautification projects, Tracy demonstrates that leadership is about action–bringing people together and delivering for our members and our community.
