Erik Nadrasik continues to setp up for our membership and our future.

With his recent appointment to the State of Hawai‘i Apprenticeship Council, Eric is helping shape apprenticeship standards statewide–ensuring our programs stay strong, relevant, and forward-thinking.

At the Training Fund, he’s already putting that into action by developing a Basic Skills program that gives apprentices the chance to build experience in areas they may not get exposure to on their current job site.
